The meetings are the most important events in the Students Work. These mostly are weekends in spring or in autumn.

At last in 2000 there was an international meeting in Bath Spa (Eng­land) in co-operation between the British and the German Methodist Church. The meetings before were held in Germany (1998 Heidelberg, 1996 Erfurt).

For April 30th till May 2nd 2004 the Students Work invited to Bad Kloster­lausnitz - for the annual meeting of the East German Annual Conference.

The annual meeting 2005 had to be cancelled.

Now a new one is planned:
The  Annual Meeting 2007  takes place from  June 8th till 10th  at Begegnungs- und Bildungsstaette  Scheibenberg (Erzgebirge) .
